Job description

1. Develop regional sales strategies based on regional market conditions, lead the team, and achieve the business targets assigned by the company;

2. Develop customers in the region, be responsible for maintaining customers within the region, and deeply explore the potential needs of major customers;

3. Regularly report on the sales situation within the region and the sales plan for the next stage;

4. Responsible for training, assisting, and managing agents within the designated region;

5. Cooperate with the Marketing Department to complete the annual market plan;

6. Complete the assessment according to the company's performance assessment requirements.

Note: This position is for a Regional Sales Manager, with locations in South China, North China, East China, and Northwest China

Qualification

1. College degree or above, major in biopharmaceuticals, chemistry or related fields, with at least 3 years of work experience preferred;

2. Requires a rigorous and conscientious work attitude, with adaptability, planning ability, and sales planning skills;

3. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a strong team spirit.
