Dozens of precision imported processing equipment，including CNC machining centers, grinders, and punch presses, the company operates temperature-controlled workshops for manufacturing, processing, and assembling. All core components are independently developed, designed, manufactured, and processed in-house.

R&D Laboratory

Soyu is equipped with multiple 10,000-level yellow light dust-free laboratories, each outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, including high-precision slot-die coaters, VCD vacuum drying systems, advanced annealing units, and imported inspection instruments. Our facilities support comprehensive research and development across fluid dynamics simulation, process optimization, and equipment testing. We have developed core expertise in a wide array of coating technologies and maintain a robust material-specific coating process database.

Quality Inspection

To ensure the highest standards of product quality, our laboratories feature precision imported testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), Bruker step profilers, and optical film thickness analyzers. Quality control and testing teams bring years of industry experience and technical rigor. Over the years, Soyu has actively adopted internationally recognized quality management systems, including ISO 9001, QC Circles, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and the Performance Excellence Model—continually driving our quality management capabilities to new levels.
